The Tempest monitors the “behavior” of the weather. It is an all-in-one sensor with no moving parts, making it very resistant to the coastal environment provided by the CARICOOS. This collaboration is in parnership with the Puerto Rico Sailing Federation and the Municipality of Toa Baja. The weather station customized for Punta Salinas lets you monitor weather variables in real time via a mobile or web application.
